About Our Public Adjusting Services

Mid-Atlantic Public Adjusting was founded in 2016 to balance the scale by fighting for the insured and forcing insurance companies to pay the policyholders every dollar that they deserve. With well over 20 years as a leader in the construction and property management industry, founder and owner, Edward R. Roach, had enough of working with clients where he witnessed firsthand the aggravation and stress that the homeowners had to endure to receive a fraction of the payout that they were entitled to. In addition, when Edward worked on a project where the homeowner hired a public adjuster, he was frequently asked to consult with the public adjuster and help with the construction aspect of the estimate due to the public adjusters’ lack of construction knowledge and experience.

Frustrated by this, Edward decided to take action and earn his public adjuster’s license so that he could use his extensive estimating knowledge and expert construction experience to help the insured receive a settlement that they are rightfully owed.
